The MindsOf Initiative

The MindsOf Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on empowering the next generation of professionals from the Caribbean and underrepresented communities. They raise funds and develop technology to support their two main initiatives: Minds of Jamaica and Minds of Trinidad and Tobago. Through these platforms, they provide mentorship opportunities, career planning resources, and networking for students and young adults across a variety of career interests. Their mission is to highlight unique professionals in communities and foster mentor-mentee relationships to inspire and guide the next generation. They strive to develop an empowered and reformed Caribbean, where youth can find their true passions and specialize in diverse fields.
