Rachel Albers is an accomplished designer who grew up near the booming art scene of Kansas City. The vibrant colors and creativity of KC inspired Rachel with both a heart-and-soul passion for art as well as a love for color theory, typography, and editorial design. These passions and skills led her to pursue a BFA in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Kansas, as well as a minor in Art History.  She is an editorial design virtuoso with over 8 years of experience, now living amidst the bustling streets of New York City.
Fueled by her love for typography and print, Rachel has carved a niche for herself in the world of editorial and graphic design, seamlessly blending creativity with precision to bring stories to life on the page. When she's not immersed in design, you'll often find Rachel lost in the pages of her extensive collection of coffee table books, zines, greeting cards, and magazines.
As a designer at Robb Report and Art Media Group, Rachel creates captivating visuals for both luxury lifestyle and art publications. She applies her expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life, collaborating with editors, writers, and photographers to produce high-quality content. Rachel also has interpersonal skills, and communicates effectively with her team, and clients ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.
Rachel believes that color and texture have the power to transform the personality of any design piece. Similarly, she loves typography because of its powers of persuasion — she’s intrigued by the idea that the physical look of a word can shift its meaning.
As she embarks on each new project, she brings with her a wealth of experience, a boundless sense of creativity, and an unwavering commitment to storytelling through design.
